This entire Candace Cameron Bure season with JP Pokluda and her son Lev has been fantastic. I love Candace’s curiosity and authentic approach to every conversation she has when she genuinely wants to learn. Spiritual warfare is real, and JP packs a punch with his Scripture recitation and evidence of how we can combat the schemes of our enemy.
If you follow The Well on social media, you would’ve seen the playlist for “Worship When You’re In A Battle”. There’s been a lot of heavy stuff on my timeline recently, and the one thing that helps us as Believers stay grounded is keeping our eyes on Jesus. There is a girl a few years younger than me from my high school that is having brain surgery today, as we speak, after finding a tumor on her brain. She had just defeated colon cancer earlier this year. Please pray for her! She is one of many people I know that is on that journey. No matter if you’re in a battle physically, spiritually, emotionally, or mentally, Jesus has the victory because He conquered death and walks with us through every trial.
My Morning Basket
My morning basket is honestly the only way I am able to stay dedicated with consistent time with the Lord. I am not a morning person like my husband so I’ve created “habit stacks” where my eyes open, I open the blinds in my bedroom, grab my morning basket, and start my days with prayer, reading, and worship.
